This trip was inspired by my own ideas and desire to learn more about Fair Trade from the producers’ side of things. I’m self-funding it and the only obstacles I have are time and budget! Assuming of course that my vegan-powered legs can handle the rest…
I’ve been a volunteer with Fair Trade Vancouver for a while now and they have done some fantastic work in promoting the awareness and availability of Fair Trade products in the Metro Vancouver area.
If you like what I’m doing and feel there’s some way you can help out, whether by requesting a specific visit to a Fair Trade producer or to document other aspect of life as a travelling vegan cyclist, help is very welcome. Any financial support is welcome!
